The pants is exactly what I wanted and I loved it so much. But I order for size28 which was not to my fitting so I try for exchange to size26. Despite message and mail still could not do it. Customer service is very poor

I ordered 26 size but it's like 28 or 30..the jeans is loose now I used belt for the fitting and hip size is very big I want 30-32 ....I m skiny girl...I want baggy jeanshigh rise ...but with fitting
